Film One is an Experienced Production & Distribution house with over 30 years of experience, and proud of our youthful team  that is media savvy,  over a 200 hours of TV, over 20 Feature Films and Documentaries, multiple industrial and commercial projects in many languages, English, French, Chinese Spanish, Russian & Arabic, high quality & always on time & on Budget.

All our new projects shot in at least 4K.

Our History

Film One Was Established by Jalal Merhi in 1988
Our first Feature Film Was Black Pearls, our first deal was with Cineplex Canada Vice President of acquisition Jeff Sackman, Mr. Cyril Drabinsky at the Time was the President.
Our First international Market was AFM 1990 in Los Angeles, the last market before they moved the AFM to Santa Monica.
Also the Same Year Jeff Sackman and Cineplex allowed us to share their sales office at Cannes Film Festival 1990, where Jeff introduced us to SGE Ent. Leonard Shapiro (Lenny) Jim Glickenhuse & Alan Solmon, where We pitched Tiger Claws to SGE and Universal, by October of the Same year we shot the first Promo of Tiger Claws and started our Pre sales.
